All of our deliveries start from our modern warehouse facilities.  These facilities grew with us and were specifically designed to efficiently and safely handle large, delicate and valuable items.  We carefully pick, inspect and pack your item as it it were our own.

The vast majority of our deliveries are made on Arhaus trucks by Arhaus employees.  Many of our drivers have been with Arhaus for over ten years.  They are not unknown outside contractors hired just for the day. 

We perform random drug tests, background checks and licensing checks on all of our delivery team personnel.  We never smoke or use your bathroom.  Shoes are removed at your door.  The team knows the product.   We professionally assemble it.   We can answer your questions.  We solicit feedback from you after each delivery to ensure that you are completely satisfied. 

In non-local delivery markets, we partner with select professional delivery companies that share our ideals for delivery service and professionalism.  We also carefully inspect and package all items specifically for the delivery service being employed.  We track the success of our partners with the same total quality approach we use with our own teams.
