• Assist the visual manager in creating the experience, which is Arhaus Furniture.
• Responsible for all store maintenance, i.e., wood floors, bathrooms, carpets, and walls, etc.
• Assist in executing floor and window changes three to four times a year.
• Responsible for all aspects of stockroom, i.e., cleanliness, inventory levels, tool maintenance, trash, etc.
• Assist with receiving and processing store transfers on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
• Assist with recording and maintaining a monthly visual budget.
• Access e-mail and follow through as directed.
• Other duties as may be determined by management to perform the necessary functions of the position on an as-needed basis.

• A college degree or related job experience
• Ability to work independently / self-motivator
• Some work experience or knowledge in specialty paint techniques
• Ability to work well with others
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and work extended hours on your feet
