All aspects of creating the experience which is Arhaus Furniture.

Following corporate directive to create new and exciting displays.
-
Prepare and execute floor and window changes three to four times a year.

Work with the store manager-use sales figures and reports to increase store
sales and keep inventory levels at an appropriate levels.

Responsible for receiving and processing store transfers on a weekly or
bi-weekly basis.

Recording and maintaining a monthly visual budget
-
Access e-mail and follow through as directed.
-
Hire, train and direct store stockperson and/or visual assistant.

A college degree or job experience in related field.

Ability to work independently /self-motivator.
-
Some work experience or knowledge in specialty paint techniques.
-
Ability to work well with others.
-
Must be able to move or lift heavy objects and work extended hours on your feet

Must be able to operate most building tools and equipment.
