Delivery Information

At Arhaus, we want you to have an excellent shopping experience…all the way through your delivery! We take pride in our white-glove delivery service which includes two drivers who will bring your new furniture into your home, place it at your direction, assemble (when required) and cart away all crating and packaging materials.

All Arhaus Furniture is shipped to your home from our distribution facility in Walton Hills, OH.

Local Delivery

A local delivery is defined as a delivery which takes place within a specified radius of an Arhaus store location. Typically this radius is between 0 and 50 miles. Once a local delivery is scheduled, you will receive a call 24-48 hours in advance, narrowing down your time frame to a 2-4 hour window.

Extended Delivery

An extended delivery is defined as a delivery which takes place just outside the specified local delivery radius of an Arhaus store location. Typically, this radius is between 25-75 miles. Once an extended delivery is scheduled, you will receive a call 24-48 hours in advance, narrowing down your time frame to a 2-4 hour window.

National Delivery

A national delivery is defined as a delivery which takes place outside the specified delivery radiuses for both the local and extended areas. This type of delivery covers all areas within the continental United States where we do not have an Arhaus store location. With national deliveries, you will schedule a shipping date with your specialist. This is the date that your furniture will leave our warehouse. Your order will be transferred to a trusted third-party delivery service, which will transfer the merchandise to your local delivery area. Once received into their warehouse, you will receive a call to arrange a delivery date and time with the third-party service.

Curbside Delivery

To accommodate the delivery of some of our smaller furniture pieces, Arhaus also offers a cost-saving curbside drop-off delivery program for smaller items. Our curbside drop-off service includes one driver who will bring your new furniture to your home. You must be available to bring the merchandise from the truck into your home. With this service, placement of the furniture is the customer’s responsibility as is the removal of crating and packaging materials.
