The customer is responsible for ensuring that your new furniture and accessories will fit in the desired room, as well as through doorways, stairways, elevators, and hallways. Items that do not fit into your home and are returned are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The customer will be charged a new delivery fee for replacement merchandise. A return shipping fee may apply.
Small items such as dining chairs and end tables may be picked up at your local store. See a store associate to confirm your pick-up request. Some stores may be unable to accommodate customer pick-up requests. Any merchandise pick-up must be paid in full prior to being transferred to the store. All merchandise must be picked up within 14 days of merchandise arriving at the store location. Merchandise not picked up within 14 days will be returned to the warehouse and a 10% restocking fee will be charged. All merchandise picked up at a local store location must be inspected and signed for before the item(s) are removed from the store.
Customers are responsible for bringing proper help to load merchandise into their vehicle. Arhaus will not be responsible for any damage caused during loading, unloading, or transporting merchandise to customer's home. All packing, wrapping, and securing materials must be provided by the customer.

All of your items will be held for one single delivery, shipping only when all items on your order are available. Items requested to be shipped before other items are available will be subject to another delivery fee.

If your items are delivered by an Arhaus Furniture delivery truck or with our white glove ship-out service, all merchandise will be assembled, unless otherwise noted. If items are picked up at a local store, the merchandise will not be assembled. Our Arhaus Delivery Team is not able to move, transport, or dispose of any existing furniture that may be occupying your space. Please clear the location for your new items prior to your scheduled delivery.

Yes. The person accepting your delivery must also be 18 years of age. UPS deliveries do not require a signature unless requested by the customer upon purchase.

To accommodate the delivery of some of our smaller furniture pieces, Arhaus also offers a cost-saving curbside drop-off delivery program for smaller items. Our curbside drop-off service includes one driver who will bring your new furniture to your home. You must be available to bring the merchandise from the truck into your home. With this service, placement of the furniture is the customer’s responsibility as is the removal of crating and packaging materials.
