Story

A cloud-like destination for supreme slumber. This handcrafted mattress creates more surface area with its edge-spring Marshall unit system. Unlike traditional innerspring systems, our heat-tempered center and quantum edge springs are individually wrapped pocketed coils, which result in a mattress that is more responsive to movement with edge-to-edge support. Rest easy with less side-to-side transfer of motion, this collection fits to the contours of the body. A final comfort layer has been redesigned to provide support, comfort and cooling.

In partnership with a family-owned American mattress maker, our Retreat mattresses are handcrafted, one-at-a-time.
As a way of being sustainable, while keeping our commitment to quality, leftover pieces of foam or fabric are collected and sent to a company for re-use as carpet backing.
Plush mattresses are covered in a soft, quilted cotton material.
Plush mattresses are generously padded with four inches of 1.5 density foam with a 15 ILD rating.
Mattress support systems feature individually wrapped, heat-tempered coils to minimize motion transfer. Center coils combined with quantum-edge coils provide edge-to-edge sink-into support for extra comfort and less back and joint pain.
All Retreat Mattresses pair perfectly with our Retreat 8" Box Spring or Retreat 4" Platform.
Mattress pads are recommended.

Mattress pads are recommended to protect against dirt and moisture.
Mattresses are one-sided and do not need flipped.
It is recommended to rotate mattress periodically to distribute wear evenly.
Annual vacuuming will extend the life and cleanliness of your mattress.
Spot-clean mattresses using a clean, absorbent, undyed cloth with a blotting motion. Blot from the outside towards the middle of the soiled area to prevent rings. Never scrub.
Before cleaning, pre-test cleaners for color loss and compatibility by applying a small amount to a hidden section of fabric.
If you are mixing cleaners, dilute the mixture using distilled water. Be careful not to over-wet.
For overall cleaning or to clean any overly soiled mattresses, we recommend contacting a professional cleaning service.

Shipping

We gladly offer our guests up to 60 days from delivery to return or exchange this merchandise to ensure your satisfaction. To process a return or exchange, we require the original receipt. A 10% restocking fee and delivery fee will be applied when returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturer's defect or damage. Please Note: Discontinued and Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged. Before finalizing your purchase, please verify clearance measurements of doors, stairways, elevators and hallways.
