Arhaus collections are crafted by artisans from around the world and are expertly designed to withstand everyday use. However, as even the best-made furnishings and décor are not indestructible, normal wear and tear will reflect use and care.
Stone pieces may display natural mineral deposits, swirling, joint lines, veining, or other features that will add character to your piece without affecting its quality or performance.
Spot-clean using a damp cloth, mild soap, and water. Use a towel to dry.
Occasionally clean using cleaning agents specifically designed for stone.
Stone surfaces can be easily cleaned with non-corrosive, non-abrasive cleaning agents. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately.
Metal surfaces should be dusted regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove any particles or loose dirt.
For best results, follow use instructions for all cleaning products carefully. Do not over apply.
Avoid using window cleaner or cleaning agents containing lemon, vinegar, or other acids as these could cause damage to stone surfaces.
Wipe-up spills immediately with a soft, dry cloth; remove dirt with a damp cloth. Dry immediately to prevent moisture damage.
Do not clean metal surfaces using care products containing ammonia or silicone, as these could also damage metal finishes.
Avoid sunlight, heat, and moisture, which could cause cracking or fading.
Never place hot dishes directly on finished surfaces as this could cause scorching. Similarly, prolonged use of hot electrical equipment may also cause scorching.

We maintain a 14-day return policy. Should you discover a manufacturer defect or damage upon delivery, please notify our Concierge Team immediately 1.866.427.4287. To process a return or exchange, we require the original receipt. A 10% restocking fee and redelivery fee will be applied to merchandise returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturer’s defect or damage. Please Note: Special Order merchandise cannot be returned, cancelled or exchanged for any reason other than manufacturer defect or damage. A 50% deposit is required at the time of purchase. Please Note: Discontinued and Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged. Before finalizing your purchase, please verify clearance measurements of doors, stairways, elevators and hallways.
