- Canopy fabrics are made from 100% solution-dyed acrylic that is weatherproof, mold- and mildew-resistant, and resistant to stains and fading.
- Umbrella frames are lightweight yet sturdy, made from all-weather, anodized aluminum and galvanized steel.
- All Icarus Umbrellas can be embedded into the ground or placed on a mobile base.

- Each base includes the pavers required to assemble the umbrella; eight large pavers (15.75" w x 15.75" d x 1.5" h) and four small pavers (11.75" w x 11.75" d x 1.5" h).
- Wood detailing on base is crafted from thermo-treated poplar wood and will weather to a beautiful, silvery-grey patina when exposed to the elements.
- This umbrella is designed to resist winds up to 54 MPH and should be collapsed when not in use.
