We hope you love your Arhaus products and want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange the item(s) subject to the policies set forth below. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defect or transit damage.

Stock Furniture, Revivals, Poufs, & Rugs

14 days: Many of our pieces are hand-crafted from natural materials. The beauty is in the natural variations, the irregular distresses, sporadic oxidations, and color fluctuations. These are normal characteristics that will not affect the performance of your piece and are not considered a manufacturer defect. A 10% restocking fee will be applied.

Non-Furniture Items: Includes Lighting (uninstalled), Mirrors, Bedding, Decor, Jewelry, Rug Swatches, and Tabletop

30 days: Bedding must be returned unused in the original product packaging. Wireless Rechargeable Battery Packs must be unopened in original cellophane packaging in order to be returned. 

Mattresses

60 days. A 10% restocking fee will be applied.

Custom Special-Order Merchandise

Made to your specifications and submitted for production at the time of your order. A 50% deposit may be required at time of purchase and will not be refunded if you wish to cancel, return or exchange for reasons other than manufacturer defect or transit damage.

Clearance Items (marked Last Chance), Direct Ship Artwork, Fresh Décor, One-of-a Kinds, and Wallpaper

Cannot be returned. If any of these items are refused or returned after delivery, a 50% restocking fee will be applied.

In Case of Damage

It is your responsibility to inspect your product upon delivery. Any damage that occurs upon delivery must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported immediately. Any damage not noted on the delivery receipt will be considered to be customer damage, and not warranted. If not reported within 14 days of delivery, the defects and variances will be considered “acceptable” and will not be accepted for return or exchange. We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If you choose to return a damaged item, purchase price, taxes and delivery fees will be refunded.

Proof of Purchase

For any exchange, return or service claim, proof of purchase in the form of your original receipt will be required.

Credits and Refunds
  • Taxes paid will be refunded
  • Delivery fees will not be refunded unless the item returned is found to have a manufacturer defect or was damaged in transit
  • A restocking fee and redelivery fee will be applied to merchandise that is returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturer defect or damage. Restocking fee does not apply to Non-Furniture Items as defined above
  • If items are refused due to any reason other than manufacturer defect or damage, all eligible restocking fees and delivery fees will be applied.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, except in the case of cash and check purchases, in which a corporate check will be issued and could take up to 15 business days to process. If a purchase is made with a rewards certificate and the merchandise is returned, the reward is forfeited, unless making an exchange of equal or greater value at the time of return. It is your responsibility to ensure furnishings fit through all interior structures and into the desired space. Items that are returned or exchanged due to size will be refunded only in the form of a store gift card minus the initial delivery fee and/or restocking fee. For merchandise picked up at the home, refunds will be processed once it has been received and inspected at our warehouse. Depending on your pick up location, the processing of this refund can take up to 30 days.
