In partnership with a family-owned American mattress maker, our Retreat mattresses are handcrafted, one-at-a-time.
As a way of being sustainable, while keeping our commitment to quality, leftover pieces of foam or fabric are collected and sent to a company for re-use as carpet backing.
Memory foam mattresses help improve circulation and reduce stress on pressure points.
Memory foam mattresses are padded with two inches of denser, 5 lb. memory foam surrounding three inches of cooling, 3 lb. gel memory foam to minimize excess heat.
Memory foam mattresses are supported by a five-inch polycore.
All Retreat Mattresses pair perfectly with our Retreat 8" Box Spring or Retreat 4" Platform.
Mattress pads are recommended.

Arhaus furnishings are designed to withstand everyday use; however normal wear and tear is reflective of your care and use.
Mattress pads are recommended to protect against dirt and moisture.
Mattresses are one-sided and do not need flipped.
It is recommended to rotate mattress periodically to distribute wear evenly.
Annual vacuuming will extend the life and cleanliness of your mattress.
Spot-clean mattresses using a clean, absorbent, undyed cloth with a blotting motion. Blot from the outside towards the middle of the soiled area to prevent rings. Never scrub.
Before cleaning, pre-test cleaners for color loss and compatibility by applying a small amount to a hidden section of fabric.
If you are mixing cleaners, dilute the mixture using distilled water. Be careful not to over-wet.
For overall cleaning or to clean any overly soiled mattresses, we recommend contacting a professional cleaning service.

Shipping

We gladly offer our guests up to 60 days from delivery to return or exchange this merchandise to ensure your satisfaction. To process a return or exchange, we require the original receipt. A 10% restocking fee and delivery fee will be applied when returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturer's defect or damage. Please Note: Discontinued and Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged. Before finalizing your purchase, please verify clearance measurements of doors, stairways, elevators and hallways.
