Arhaus, Inc., or one of its affiliates (ARHAUS) may offer access to messages regarding your order and our merchandise delivery service, and ARHAUS may allow customers to sign up to receive marketing messages, through ARHAUS or its third-party vendors via SMS (Short Message Service) and MMS (Multimedia Message Service) text messages. Enrollment in ARHAUS Text Notifications requires each consumer to provide ARHAUS with their mobile phone number including an area code within the United States.  By enrolling to receive ARHAUS Text Notifications, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which become effective immediately upon your enrollment. You represent that you are the subscriber of the mobile number provided, and you agree to immediately notify us if you relinquish the phone number provided. 

You acknowledge and agree that automated text alerts will be sent to the mobile phone number you provide to ARHAUS, and you are not required to consent to receive ARHAUS Text Notifications as a condition of any purchase. Such alerts may include information, including limited personal information, about you or your orders and/or product delivery, and whoever has access to the mobile phone or carrier account will also be able to see this information. Once you enroll, the frequency of ARHAUS Text Notifications we send to you will vary. ARHAUS does not charge for the text alert service; however, your mobile carrier’s message and data rates may apply depending on the terms and conditions of your mobile phone carrier’s contract. You are solely responsible for all message and data charges that you may incur. Please contact your mobile service provider regarding any such potential charges.

You may opt out of ARHAUS Text Notifications at any time. To discontinue receiving ARHAUS Text Notifications, text STOP to +18449632487. Texting STOP will opt you out of all future ARHAUS Text Notifications. After you submit a request to unsubscribe, you will receive one final ARHAUS Text Notification confirming that you will no longer receive alerts.  No additional ARHAUS Text Notifications will be sent unless you re-activate your enrollment. The ARHAUS text alert program is offered on an "as-is" basis and: (1) may not be available in all areas or through all wireless carriers at all times; and (2) may not continue to work in the event of product, software, coverage or other service changes made by your wireless carrier. ARHAUS may change or discontinue its text alert program without notice or liability to you. ARHAUS and its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and consultants, are not responsible and shall not be liable for any losses or injuries of any kind resulting, directly or indirectly, from any ARHAUS text alert program or from technical failures or delays of any kind. ARHAUS reserves the right to discontinue delivery of text alerts to any person at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.

Any and all information collected in connection with our text alert program is governed by our Privacy Policy.
