You’ve selected the perfect furniture for your home, where natural beauty, quality construction and incredible comfort are built in. Don’t let an accident ruin that investment. With our Worry-Free Complete and Worry-Free Outdoor Protection Plans you will receive in-home service for covered accidents when applicable. If our experts cannot repair the covered item(s), we may replace the item(s) with no additional expense to you. A full replacement of your piece fulfills the protection plan agreement.

Please Note: Our Worry-Free Protection Plans provide incidental and accidental damage coverage not provided by warranty. The Worry-Free Protection Plans also provide coverage for protection against mechanical and structural breakdowns and/or failure to the covered product. What furniture is covered under the Worry-Free Complete Plan?

Worry-Free Complete includes coverage for fabric and leather upholstery, dining, bedroom, desk, wall and occasional collections. The Protection Plan document governs all coverage, terms and conditions for any covered items.

Please Note: Our Worry-Free Complete Plan does not cover relics, revivals and other one-of-a-kind items. Live edge furniture, mattresses, box springs, rugs, accessories, accessory mirrors, lighting, jewels, soft goods, draperies, tabletop items, artwork, fresh décor, floor samples and wallpaper.

Why do I need Worry-Free Complete for my Furniture?

When a covered accident happens, Worry-Free Complete Protection Plan offers the assistance you need – delivered by furniture experts with an unparalleled reputation for excellent customer service.

How long does Worry-Free Protection provide coverage?

Coverage extends for five (5) full years from the date we deliver your new furniture. Any new product order(s) requires its own protection plan. A full replacement of your piece fulfills the Protection Plan’s agreement.

Is the Arhaus Furniture warranty still in effect for furniture covered by the Worry-Free Protection Plan?

Yes, your Arhaus manufacturer’s warranty covers manufacturer’s defects. If there is overlapping coverage between the manufacturer’s warranty coverage and your Worry-Free coverage, the Worry-Free coverage will take effect upon the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty.

How do I file a claim?

What can I expect if I file a claim?

To expedite the process you will be asked to fill out a Service Request Form to the best of your ability. This will clarify which piece of furniture was damaged, the extent of damage to your piece, when and where the accident occurred. You can also submit photos. This packet will be reviewed to determine if an in-home service can repair the damage. Please read your protection plan document for complete coverage details.

How much does the protection plan cost?

The cost of our Worry-Free Protection Plan is based on the total price of qualified products before tax and is designed to be reasonably priced compared to the costs of hiring an independent furniture repair technician or purchasing new furniture. What happens if a damaged item is discontinued (not available)?
